Once again I had a thorough cleaning by Katie yesterday. I also saw Dr Brian for a totally professional exam. I am having some TMJ problems and both Katie and Dr. Brian had several suggestions for help. This is a lovely office to visit, everyone is so pleasant and greets you with a warm smile!
I have become wary of all dentists after having bad experiences with dental work in Miami. Now I have ongoing issues because of that bad work that I have to deal with…in spite of dreading the visit, I made the appointment and showed up. What a surprise! They were nice & friendly the whole way through and continuously checked in with me. First, there was an insurance snag that the receptionist was patient enough to let me fix. Second, the tech was the bomb diggity. HUGE shout out to Lisa! She explained everything that she was doing, kept checking if I was uncomfortable and listened if I needed a sec. Third, Doctor was able to clearly let me know what was wrong/what I had to do/what the plan was for next time. From beginning to end, great experience!
I was referred to the Maples’ and let me say, I'm happy that I was. There is such a comfortable atmosphere and it’s great that they talk you through each step. Will stay with them for sure.
