I have been a patient for over 30 years and I have always been very satisfied. Advanced Dental of Wentzville is always there to meet the needs of their patients. Dr. Bremmer goes all out to help his patients. Dr. Wagner is also very helpful and caring. She treats her patients with the care and kindness that I have always gotten from this Dental office.
Wonderful, friendly staff. Dr Wagner is very gentle and made my visit pleasant. The office is beautiful and clean. I’m glad to be a new patient.

Dr. Bremmer, Melissa, the Hygienist; and the entire staff at Advanced Dental are great! Everyone is super friendly, prompt with appointments, and the office is very inviting and clean. Dr. Bremmer listens to concerns, and does a wonderful job making sure procedures are as painless as possible. Highly recommend this group.
