Thomas did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Love this place, wish there was more private dentist like Thomas. I recommend him and the practice to all. Great environment, service, very caring team.
I have requested multiple appointments through the website. I have also called over 25 times and have never gotten a hold of someone in the office. Not only do I need a regular check-up, I also chipped a tooth and have left that information on the message. I am very frustrated with this office and WOULD NOT recommend them for anyone. For all they know, I am in excruciating pain and they don't seem to care. Other friends that I consulted said that their dentists came in for emergency situations like this one on the weekends. ... read more
I have also had a problem with this firm. My family has been trying for over a month to call and we never get a human and have never gotten a response. I strongly suggest to change your provider immediately if you are assigned this office.
