I was in recently because of a broken tooth but I did not get it taken care of here and I am sad to say that I am not happy with the dentist, Dr Vu, at this office. I had been a patient of Dr Kovech who did a lot of dental work for me when he was in this office and I was very pleased with him. Dr Yu however made me feel that because I was a senior citizen and my teeth weren't in the best shape that losing them or having them removed didn't matter to her. We absolutely LOVE this office. Dr. Vu and her staff always make my family extremely comfortable during our appointments and procedures. The only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars is because they need to hire another hygienist other than Maria ASAP. To elaborate; When we first started going to this office, Maria was the only hygienist. While she is polite, she is very rough and heavy-handed. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Vu, Jennifer, and all the staff I’ve met are professional and friendly. I would reccomend advanced dental concepts to everyone.
I saw Dr. Vu and Lesly today, they were both super informative and easy to work worth! Dr. Vu took time with her numbing and it made the pain of numbing almost zero! My hygienist, Tiffany was also super fantastic and friendly!
The office staff amd Dr. Vu are amazing. They were all helpful and listened to my family members needs. I would definitely recommend them.
