I switched to Advance Dental last year and have been very pleased with my treatment. Dr Karl Scarpin has fixed my problems with no pain or fuss. He is very honest and gave me all my options and made the who experience so easy. Lovely rooms with all the modern equipment. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for.
Rude staff. Wouldn’t tell me their standard prices before-hand, even though they advertise “half price”…half WHAT price? Looks like if you’re not with BUPA they’re not interested in helping you.
One of the dentists there, Diem Wirth, was rude. No empathy. I didn't like the way I was treated. Not professional at all.
Once again it has been a positive experience with Nicola and the team. From ease of appointment call to the "no pain" felt through procedure! You are made to feel comfortable and no matter how good or bad your teeth are your never judge for it. So thanks and appreciate all your care.
This place is like a day spa for your teeth! The staff are amazing - Alba, Nicola and Karl are just some great members of this wonderful team. Kids and I have been coming here for a few years now and always enjoy the experience. And it’s a dentist!
