Great services, equipment, and work, but constant refusal to answer messages or calls.
No one ever answers the phone. Staff is very unpleasant, and the billing department is extremely rude and cold. I would honestly avoid this franchise if possible.
I went up there for my third visit n thru even sent me a conformation asking if I was coming to my appointment Wednesday. I showed up they were moving offices. I was not notified of this. I think I should have been. I am going there two more times then I am done I rye a 2, strong star

I had a filling done augs 7 tell me why oct 4 it falls out! Shotty workmanship! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them, I had another apt July 10 and I still can’t chew on that side without pain! When I went back in augs they forgot I was pregnant and tried to take X-rays without the safety pad and said they they couldn’t fix my tooth they just worked on that it needed a root canal now And no one knows how to answer a phone!
