Seem to have disappeared after installing 2 of the 4 shutters I ordered. I like the ones they made, but now I need to get more shutters that won't match.
This is a dishonest company. They purchase material from their suppliers with no plan to ever pay them for materials used. Buyer beware.

I ordered two plantain shutter sliding panels (closed by-pass) for sliding glass doors in my home from Advanced Custom Shutters. Their price was the lowest I could find, but they were using all solid basswood. After visiting their manufacturing facility in San Jose, I decided I was just getting a good deal. My wife and I are happy with the quality of the installed product. They really improve the look of the room. I glad I went with Advanced Custom Shutters.
