Awful service. Kristen will dodge your calls for months, when you show up to her office she will play stupid like she has no clue what is going on. Calls never go through, when told you have called over 30 times she claims you are exaggerating. Says she pays her phone bill, but literally sits there to watch it ring because she's lazy. Will file you the wrong way, but claims to file the way that you ask because I know whats best not her. Kristen and Jim have TERRIBLE customer service. They never answer, never respond, talk down to their customers, don't make it in time for appointments. Kristen does not take care of her customers. She messed up my taxes and I'm writing a review so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. PLEASE do not use this company, you may own the government $2,000 for no apparent reason! Which is what happened to me when I trusted this company. Terrible service. You're better off filing yourself, they don't know what they're doing.

My mom and husband & I used this service for many years until one year after having our taxes completed, I tried several times to email/scan our taxes. After repeated attempts to contact them they said they never received them. When I finally talked with Kristen she was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband and I left. I had used Kristen and Jim for many, many years. They have become less and less responsive as time passed. They personally don't answer e-mails or phone calls regularly. If you are lucky enough to get a receptionist you are told they will call you back and it takes days, sometimes weeks. They cost me several hundreds of dollars in late fees on a tax return that should have been submitted timely. I would recommend another CPA firm. Kristen is not even a licensed CPA. Steer clear!

Cost my family member $1,300 in penalties, do to failure to file their taxes and never answering the phone. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Save your sanity, time, and money. DO NOT go here for your taxes!!!
