My first initial experience was truly great. My husband is active in the military is gone a lot so he did all of the research to find the best rates on a plastic surgeon. UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: I previously gave Advanced Cosmetic's 1 star because I was so dissatisfied with the results of my mini-facelift to get rid of jowls. Since then, Dr. McFadden and his staff have contacted and met with me on numerous occasions and offered to redo the procedure at no or drastically reduced prices. I underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. McFadden in May of 2021. He reassured me that he was very qualified to perform this procedure. I decided to go through with the procedure, but unfortunately I learned too late that Dr. McFadden was far from qualified. I am only 7 months post-op, but the results are HORRIBLE. I noticed that very evening of my surgery there were issues. To make a long story short, my nose came out very crooked. Following a couple of hiccups, we got the IPL working properly for me and if I do say so myself, my skin looks fantastic. Dr McFadden’s office worked with me as a team and really made me feel like an important part of that team. I hope to be having IPL every other month to keep my skin looking young and healthy. Thank you for guiding me thru this process and I can’t wait for another visit.
