Horrible experience. I purchased 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Received one session and then got a text message that my appointment was changed to a day I did not agree to because of my work schedule. They only had a nurse on Fridays during normal work hours that can do laser hair removal which I did not agree to when I first purchased. It is now a year later and the owner promised she would give me a refund and I have yet to receive it. I purchased a 6-session IPL treatment for $700 to address pigmentation issues. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. After each session, I experienced burns they start like itchy hives then turn into darker scars. The technician assured me these reactions were normal and part of the skin's healing process, but my dermatologist disagreed.Now, instead of the desired results, I am left with darker scars between my thighs.
