Chad was great! This was the first time I’ve had to deal with a tow in the six years I’ve lived here. After scheduling a tow with A1 out of Salida with an open ended time, I called Chad to see if he was available. He told me he could be there in about 45 min. After calling A1 back to ask an approximate time frame, they treated me poorly, and basically said it will happen when it will happen.
