When our truck blew a coolant hose on Monarch Pass towing our camper, we thought we were sunk. USAA sent us to Chad, and he was our hero. Towed truck and camper to town, backed our camper into a camping spot and took our truck to the shop. Chad gave us and our dog a ride so we didn’t have to find one, and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and rent a vehicle. Thanks Chad!
