Highly recommend calling this tow service! Chad was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure not only was my car safe, but delivered great customer service to make me feel he was a relatable and trust worthy person! He took me to 2 tires shops trying to help find a good spare tire, and if that was not enough he kept trying to find the solution for me and got my car towed 90 miles away safely to my home. Give him a call, I am almost positive you will have a similar great experience on a not so lucky day!
Chad was absolutely the kindest most personable , professional , and went above and beyond just getting us off the hiway , and to a safe comfortable accommodation for myself and my Family , As well he checked on us during repairs and even took us to dinner …. Now that’s service
I called for a tow and they were there in no more than 15 minutes. Amazing fast service. Very professional.
Chad went above & beyond what a towing company normally does. He helped move my grandchildren’s car seat and made sure they were securely buckled in. The 3 of us rode with him to the dealership where he transported our vehicle, and then he took us to our house. Any other towing company in Salida, Co would not have gone the extra mile. As a matter of fact roadside assistance told me I would need to call Uber or taxi service. Chad told them to have us cancel the taxi he would do it for no additional cost.
