If you remember this company from many years ago, it’s completely different now. The new owner is unsuccessfully running the business. Rude, pushy and very unethical business practices. Allows playgrounds to open with no final inspections being done. SCARY! Buyer beware! 2 very unprofessional and unsafe sales reps as well. No idea what they’re doing, work with Matt or Sally-Ann if you have to. Avoid Madelyn and Lance!
If you remember this company from many years ago, it’s completely different now. Playgrounds are opened with NO final inspections. A child at an elementary school in Miami was injured on a playground that had not been inspected. The school was left vulnerable to a lawsuit and a child was injured! The sales rep, Madelyn and the owner, Paul Bickham, knew there had been no inspection or engineer inspection still assured the school the playground was SAFE! Absolute worse company I have ever had to deal with to get parts to equipment they installed a decade ago. Takes months for response even when I give them the part number. Today I found out they don't even represent Burke anymore - that is why I can't get parts from them. I would avoid ARC whenever possible.
