Busy place, plan to leave car, they'll take you as long as vlose by, they do good job
Prices can be high but they've always done quality work. I'm getting brakes fixed. Hopefully it's just the pads and if its no more than 250.
Waiting over three hours for an oil change...unacceptable. I'm getting my service done at Honda next time. Never again!
The guy at the service desk runs you through so fast your head is spinning. I get the impression they have no patience when you try to explain a problem with your car. They need to slow down and listen to the customer before cutting him off.
VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER ! I CANNOT RECOMMEND ! – Not a good shop to bring your car. A days work takes several days. A preliminary quote ended up more than double in the end where they suggest many parts needing replacement. Their goal is to list you as many parts for replacement so they can charge you more on labor as well. Take note that ACA in corner WIllow & Clark is using generic parts. BAD SERVICE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!! – I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they charged me $430 bucks to do a full service and to fix my squeeking breaks. I got my car back only to find I didn't have any windshield wiper fluid, the breaks are squeeking as bad as they were before bringing it in, and I had gressy hand prints running all along the hood on both sides.
