Plans is so big, unless you are talking to someone from the inside you do not know where to go. If you enter what would be the main building they're is noone there to help you figure out where to go or who you talk to. Management is very professional though and high standards of product and safety. When you do get in contact with someone they are very approachable, professional and informational.
Truckers seem to like unloading here, but that’s the only positive it seems. Low level of employee relations - next to none really. This place needs a quick investigation and a change of guard.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Advance Composites Inc. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout my entire interaction. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome, as the receptionist barely acknowledged my presence and seemed irritated when I asked a simple question.
