Excellent Service and Value Advanced Comfort Specialists exceeded my expectations. Technician Don was knowledgeable and efficient, he quickly diagnosed and fixed my non-cooling central A/C for much less than I anticipated. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C repairs.
7/29 I would like to update to my previous review that after a long month of waiting for my compressor that was on warranty to be installed I like to give thanks to Mr Gavin Milligan business development manager for the phone call and admitting to human errors with an apology for the miscommunication. Super experiencce. Air went out on extremely hot weekend. Was a new customer but they came on the same day. The tech was so nice & explained everything. He fixed the problem & I was afraid about the cost but turned out it was quite reasonable. Will definitely continue to use them for air & heat.
7/24 After Initial contact it’s been well Over a month and to say the least the communication and updates from this place has been horrible .. I have contacted the technician on several occasions but with little help and not so truthful. I was told they ordered the compressor I contacted the company and they told me they had not. We have a 90-year-old house that had only baseboard electric heat and a "DIY" air conditioning unit in the somewhat finished attic. We received quotes from five different companies to replace all of that mess with a modern, dual zone system with new duct work in the downstairs and then repairing and correcting the ductwork upstairs, with two new units installed.
