NEVER use this body shop!!!!brought my vehicle in on 11/2 here it is 12/10 and the body shop has done absolutely NOTHING to my vehicle I had to pay for 9 days of a rental because my insurance maxed out my rental the shop having my vehicle for a month! I got fed up and told the shop I wanted my car back and they did nothing not a single dent or ding taken out they put 600 miles on my car on top of that and added scratches to my bumper that were not previously there. Do not use this shop! You can not get a straight answer from them! They have have my vehicle for 2 weeks JUST to replace my back bumper. We even went 2 weeks earlier to schedule appointment and get parts order so we could it in and out before the Thanksgiving week. Every other day, they tell me it will be ready tomorrow. They have told me 5 times that they have ordered my bumper. REALLY????

Went there today at 10:15 walked in the was asked what I needed. I told the young lady I needed an estimate on my truck. She said “just a minute “ She was kinda busy shuffling papers etc. so I sat in the waiting area. I sat for 20 minutes while she answered the phone and did other things. So in walks this young lady tells the girl behind the the desk something I couldn’t hear what she said. This place is a joke!!! I advise anyone who is considering this place to run the other way!!!! Have been waiting for my vehicle for over 2 weeks! we have been lied to over and over about why it’s taking so long! Every time they say our vehicle will be ready, it’s pushed back another couple days!! It has became an endless cycle and they had the nerve to tell my husband he is just looking for something “to fuss about”!!! I am beyond fed up and yet still don’t have my vehicle!!
Brought car back after the 2nd time they “fixed” it and it’s still not correct. Will not go back. 1 star
