Customer service is excellent. You can’t even tell my car got hit
HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! My car has been in this shop since OCTOBER of 2024 and it is currently ending MAY of 2025. During these months, NEARLY A YEAR, these people have made ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to return the car to me. Constantly claiming that parts are missing or in back order, getting my hopes up by telling me it will only be another month and then when I call asking if it's ready, they add MORE MONTHS to the offical time of release. This place has been holding my vehicle with no intent on fixing it. It has been well over 8 months that I have been waiting for my vehicle. I went in there for one thing and all of a sudden I had like 20 more problems? Waiting for parts that apparently cannot come in. It’s a vehicle shop.. you do the math.
