I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sabrina this morning, and I couldn't be more grateful for her kind and polite demeanor. Her warm and friendly spirit immediately put me at ease, making the experience much more enjoyable. Also, Katherine went above and beyond by helping me 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Kevin is the absolute best!! One of the best experience I’ve had after an accident. They originally had the wrong part for the front grille on my model of 2016 Honda accord(it messed with one of my ACC distance sensors) and Kevin literally called me for like 2 months to come back in and get it right. Overall, I came in the bumper of my car falling off, my hood bent, etc and left with my car looking better than new. Great experience, these guys are the best. 10/10 recommend!
Excellent service. Staff are very professional and are clear in their explanations of their work. Delivered on time. They worked directly with my insurance company so all I had to do was pay my deductible.
