I am giving 3 stars because the shop did a good job fixing my car. However, be careful with how they use your car during the repair. 117 miles was added to my car and my car was mysteriously returned with more gas than I left it. When I asked my case manager for a driving log, they were appalled with the milage and I was told the manager would call me. No one did, so I called the shop. Again, the person was apologetic and told me they would talk to the manager and this shouldn't have happened- that they normally add 20 miles... read more
After a not great experience with a different Crash Champions location, I was hesitant. However, this Crash Champions was the best car work experience I've ever had. The staff was so communicative and professional for every step of the process. Every single person I interacted with was SO helpful. This Crash Champions made a bad car situation so much easier to handle.
