Never use them.. They convince you to fix car for $150 with them for few bucks and after couple of days says it need this and that… ended in $600 still car not fixed perfectly and used aftermarket parts.. Avoid them.. Tell them to take car to dealer..
Car was illegally towed here. No one qould answer the phone to release car. They were holding it there, so they could rack up storage fees
Picked up tow ticket for my vehicle at 430 marked the vehicle picked up at 601 never arrived. Took me hours to get a different company through my insurance... Terrible... No call no show... Go with Big Mack towing!!! If you have Nation wide you can actually request them!
This company picked up my request for a tow through my insurance around 830pm. Was given a estimate of 60-90 minutes for arrival. No tow truck ever showed up and ended up having to leave my vehicle in a neighborhood at 1130pm to have to deal with it the next day. Called many times over the time span with no answer. I would highly recommend to not use this company.
If I could leave less than one star, I would. They were contracted to transport my car from point A to point B by my insurance following an accident. They have been ILLEGALLY holding my car at their lot and charging storage fees for various made-up reasons, all of which I can prove are lies for a week now. It should never have been in their lot in the first place if they did the job they were contracted to do.
