Apparently they have been closed for 3 months and just decided to call today to tell me my appointment in 10 is canceled that I waited over 4 months for, their excuse was well if we are not open who is gonna call? Someone should have called immediately when this practice was closing to give people a chance to find someone, I am now months out from being seen anywhere!
The one star is for the Dr. because he’s actually really nice HOWEVER the customer service here is HORRENDOUS. If you have know you are closed because the Dr. has some serious illness then why would you not call your patients and let them know?!? Instead you send texts confirming there appointments and when we show up we find out the hard way by a freaking note on the door?! So incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention no one is answering the phones or giving any clarification or apology! I can’t get scheduled anywhere else ... read more

State of the art testing and visual display of exam. Dr Varnum is very pleasant and professional. The Technician is a sweetheart and everything went smooth. I’m grateful to get a Saturday appointment.
