Brilliant. My aircon was leaking badly and Ray talked me through the model, helped me figure out what was going on, and enabled me to fix it without the need for urgent repairs before the HOT long weekend to come. Old school customer service, they have a loyal customer forever now. Won't be looking anywhere else when my unit needs servicing or repairs.
This team is pure Gold. Some other company replaced my AirCon capacitor without checking to see what else was creating problems. Hartley and his team ran a detailed diagnostic to find the coils had rusted out and were leaking coolant. Instead of pushing for a full central air replacement he was honest: overall it was still in good condition, but did need a new access hatch cut to replace the coils.
