Time for the facts (4/10/2019): So when we moved to Trinidad in February 2016 to create our first business and new home, we found that the commercial inspection conducted on our property prior to purchase missed that we had major problems with our boiler system and chimney stack. We called ACS to assess the project and provide a bid. They did come out (Cisco), and provided an estimate that was extremely high, and it was not itemized.
