Terrible admin in Midwest. Terrible bonus, points system, and almost no work. Over staffed, insufficient raises. Doesn't make good on promises. Forces techs to vent & do electrical work. Because of Helios and that culture. Its now just like Next Tech in the Midwest, but at least NT has work. A vicious cicrle of dangle the cheese that as a grown man, I can have no part of.

I was at one of my stops for a current customer/business that currently has our coverage- when I saw these 2 young men working diligently and very professionally. Not very common in this day and age! I approached them just to introduce myself as an agent, I was very impressed at how kind, hardworking and professional they both were! Just wanted to share, Dominick and Bryce (sp) are a great asset for you I believe and were a blessing to talk too! Stay safe guys!

These reviews seem to be pretty common with this company. Take your people to driver training school since they obviously can't seem to figure out how to be courteous drivers. 8am today down US-23 in Michigan near Fenton your guy decided it was cool to hang out in the left lane holding up traffic, had cars going around him in the right lane where he clearly belonged. Driving a company vehicle, you would think they would have some respect for the name they are representing... guess not.
