Kevin was great. Always let me know if he was coming and with notice. Let me know if they had to run to the store or lunch. Very down to earth, realistic and spot on. When he didn’t know something, he didn’t BS me - he told me straight - I appreciated that probably the most. Joe came out an extra time just to reset our toilet and sink even though they might have to pull it off again to complete their tasks next week.
