Bought a new pressure washer system and have had to have someone out to make repairs twice in less than 2 months. That concerns me but what’s the worst is how my concerns were handled. The person i talked to was defensive and rude. I was told it’s “normal to have bugs to work out”. I own a business and I would never talk to my customers this way especially if they are upset about my product or service. Not impressed AT ALL!!
