Bummer! I have been having Advance come out and clean my chimney every year for the last four years. Nice people! I had my chimney caps replaced three years ago for $488 and now I am getting birds in my house. They come out and say that I have the wrong size caps on my chimney and I have to pay for new caps or find the invoice! I am really bummed out because I like having a long term relationship with a small, local company.
