If you want to experience poor customer service, Advanced Clean Air tops the list. They have an inability to answer calls or return them in a timely manner. AI does nothing to assist in this process. We waited from November 25 until February 26 for arrangements to finally be made to have a fault repaired. We have since found another local contractor who fixed the issue immediately. ADVANCED CLEAN AIR ARE NOT RECOMMENDED.
Treated me like I was lying , the aircon does not work properly they did offer me a diagnostic and a very overpriced clean told me if I wanted it to get colder turn the fan up well I tried that before I called them and it did not work the aircon has had 2 cleans in 12 months we do not smoke or have pets and all my other atrcons includind 2 others they installed do not have problems I cannot recomend them
Have been waiting weeks to have my air con repaired for a warranty. Won't answer phone or emails. Absolutely cannot contact them. Idiotic AI answering machine doesn't pass on messages. They didn't turn up when they said they would and then sent an automatic rescheduling message saying it's been rescheduled for another 5 days time.
Not happy had my air con cleaned now leaking water over the floor now have to.wait all weekend before I can get it addended to on Monday
Don't answer their phones. On the rare occasion that they do answer they have no idea. Its been a month and a half since my air-conditioner broke they ordered new parts said 2 weeks. 4 weeks later parts arrive. Technician installed new parts but broke something else in the process. Tried to blame previous repair person. ( this has never been repaired before ) one of a few lies. They ordered the other part and said will be here in a few days I called in a few days to check ETA.
