Even though Christmas was approaching Advanced Air Clean were very prompt to service my problem. Their technician, Michael, was punctual and professional. He identified the problem and rectified it on the same visit. I was impressed and extremely satisfied with Advanced Air Clean.
I can not recommend Advance Clean Air highly enough. From the booking process, the communication and through to the servicing, was second to none. The technician Henry arrived on time, carried out the cleaning and we were given a detailed report for ever air con unit, including individual photos. The results have been amazing since, with the units running a lot colder than they were, allowing them to be set at a higher temperature, hence being more economical to run, and without the dirty odor they had before. Very happy with the work and the customer service.
A great company! We had several ducted aircon issues, major leaks, and went through 2 to 3 previous companies who made the issues worse and refused to take ownership. Michael came in and worked out the issue and rectified it within a matter of days! We have just had a routine service (since the repairs, some 10 months on), and no new issues were found. They fixed it and have been extremely reliable. Highly reccomend !
Tech arrived on time (honestly a tiny bit early, which we love), was polite and friendly, and got the job done leaving not a trace behind except the cleanest air con units (and remotes!) you ever did see.
