I've had horrible experiences with these guys in the past. Don't use them...there are many good alternatives out there. A few months later after I had to completely start the PCB process over with another company (which went extremely smooth on the same design), they offered me a 50% refund in store credit if I used them on future designs...yeah right...
I purchased several sets of prototype circuit boards from Advanced Circuits. They have a barebones pcb program where you receive credit for your barebones orders on a full spec pcb. Before placing the first order I called about the details and was told by a salesperson that I would receive full credit for each order towards a full spec order and could receive multiple credits on the same order as long as the credits were for the same project.
