I’ve had them work on one house for my side business and I will definitely call them again for another house. I gave them four out of five stars because during busy season, it is tough to get a hold of them. Outside of that, from the estimate, to the work, to any questions and comments with the office staff, everyone has been extremely friendly and easy to work with.
They came out to clean my chimney, and said it was so tall they would have to do it with scaffolding. They gave me a bid of about $1300 to clean my chimney. I called another chimney cleaner and they came out and cleaned it in about 1 hour for $250.
All I can say about this service is that their technicians shocked me with their knowledge base, efficiency, and thoughtfulness in execution. I've never worked with a better contractor. Also, they came on the day we booked. That is stunning. 5 stars. Patrick -Jefferson City, MO
