My elderly parents needed their chimney cleaned. Apparently the only thing that they did clean was the wood stove. My niece took a lot of pictures for proof. They called the company 3 times with no response.😕
We are very satisfied with Advanced Chimney Sweeps. Christian and his workmate (sorry....I can't recall your name !!) were on time, friendly, and professional. Christian reviewed the work they were going to perform, placed protection across our floor, then performed a thorough cleaning and inspection. They showed us video from the camera they used on the job. Thankfully our fireplace / flue / etc. was found to be in good shape. Thank you Christian & Helper (!!) for a great job.
