Advance center for sleep disorders sucks ! They need to be closed down . They have me so mad right now . My daughter and I have been trying to get a c-pap machine for over a year with them . They legit canceled two of my appointments because I work nights and they call me during the day to confirm the appointment they ARE supposed to give you a 24 hour window to respond back ! They NEVER HAVE they have CANCELED on me twice and allowed other patients to come before us even tho it’s us that’s drove all these miles had to stay ... read more
Was not informed of associated costs before showing up. Could have easily been mentioned in one of the SEVERAL phone calls confirming appt time and location, but instead they waited until we showed up, resulting in a huge waste of time and energy.
My experience was terrible. If you're looking for a good solution to your sleep problems? This is not it. This is where you go to waste your time, money and fuel. You won't see a doctor but a lot of assistants and a wandering PA. If you'd like to have a sleep study done, this place is not it. They give out equipment that isn't charged/broken, and they require you to return it an hour away to their offices in Chattanooga or be penalized. Good place. Sleep better. Not much to say cause it’s a Doctor. Don’t really like Doctors.
