Dr. Nirali Patel, Is very thorough, very pleasant and kind. She checks into things very carefully and is there for you when you need help. There has never been a time when I have been her patient that she didn't have time for me or that her staff didn't assist me in a very professional way. I trust her completely.
I will not recommend this doctor every appointment 1 hour waiting time and doctor in rushing not even properly asking what is wrong with what I have to eat nothing many patients are in waiting room every one complaining I will not recommend
Visit with caution. The front desk staff is incompetent to the point of liability. HIPAA measures could be more of a priority. Refills messages never get sent. Refills go to the wrong pharmacy. It’s very difficult to reach anyone. Messages from the doctor are not relayed to patients. Pay very close to your statements and report anything that doesn’t look right to your insurance company so they can investigate. We will billed for appointments that we didn’t even attend. Dr. Patel has been my primary care doctor for three years. She is caring, listens to you and provides the best advice/support to keep you healthy. Her staff has been great and helpful whenever you have a question or need to change an appointment. You’ll be in good hands with the staff and Dr. Patel.
