Positive Experience Great service, knowledgeable, easy in and out for the issues I needed resolved. I needed to make a few changes to my existing account and troubleshoot some additional charges on that account. The manager took the extra time to research the additional charges and offer a quick solution to stop them.

Horrible Service! Terrible, inexcusable, horrible service! You could not even pay me to go back to this store the employees are rude and treat you poorly. This was the one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had!

Needs New Management Horrifying! Verizon needs to consider that we can and will walk away from their company. Their corporate structure is anti-consumer and this in inbred into their management staff which then trickles down to the front line personnel. I had a terrible experience with the management at this North Stockton store today and he has lost my business not only for this store but for Verizon completely. Great doctor for hand surgery Really great doctor, explains everything to you with diagrams. I had emergency flexor tendon surgery and he was the only doctor in Manhattan who would take me right away for surgery. His staff is great too. The guy is well known and has been part of several hand specialist groups.

Dr. Shannon S. Dawn is a Massage Therapist Not a Physician. She is extremely competent and is fantastic at finding the problem areas and working out all the knots. I could not practice without the assistance of Dawn in managing my tension related shoulder and neck problems.

Verizon is great. This store, not so much. Despite having signs saying the Droid is there, I called to buy one, and was told they had none but would order it. Okay, stores run out of stock, it happens, but this had happened just a couple times too many at this particular unit before. Still, it's the closest one to where I live, so I decided to order it anyway. After the young woman working there assured me it would be in on Wednesday, before my wifes birthday, I said yes. Top Service Salon I highly recommend this salon. I was extremely satisfied with their service and enjoyed every minute I was there. For the past 3 years, I have driven 50 minutes just for their service. They're very professional and I trust these ladies 100%. .Excellent job!!

No to Verizon Other than the long wait the Issaquah store proved to be o.k. My problem is with Verizon phone support and the overall culture. Items billed for that were not ordered and nearly impossible to get removed from my bill. Obvious warranty problems not covered, and the arrogance and ineptness of the telephone support and management. When my contract ends I will be moving to T-mobile.
