Advanced Carpet Service recently cleaned the carpets and tile floors in our Phoenix office, and the whole carpet cleaning service went really well. bryson arrived a little early, which was a nice bonus, then walked through the office with me, checked the carpeted areas and hard floors again, set up the equipment, and started right away. he was careful the entire time, using corner guards and lifting items off the floor so nothing would get damaged during the steam cleaning process. bryson was efficient, thorough, and afforda... read more

Great experience with Advanced Carpet Service from the first phone call to the cleaning appointment. We had a red raspberry drink stain in the carpet and had already tried a few home remedies and store products with no luck. Preston arrived in Phoenix, got right to work, and removed the large stain very quickly. He also treated several smaller spots with a careful, detailed approach and made sure the carpet fibers looked clean and refreshed. The whole carpet cleaning service felt professional, efficient, and thorough, and it... read more

The most professional carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning we have had since moving to Phoenix. We have used several cleaning services for our yearly deep cleaning, and none compared to the quality of work from this crew. The whole process was smooth, detailed, and very well done, and we will gladly book again next year. Their upfront estimate was clear and accurate, with no surprise charges when they arri... read more

We even tried scrubbing it ourselves and drying it outside in the Phoenix heat, but that left the rug warped and the urine smell still trapped deep in the fibers. After calling several carpet and rug cleaning companies, we finally found a team that knew how to handle pet odor removal and wool rug care the right way. They respo... read more
