Trenton was very professional and had a great work ethic. He did an excellent job and explained everything clearly about what needed to be done. He responded quickly to help with our flooding problem and even cleaned our carpets afterward. The prices were fair and much better compared to other places I contacted. I will definitely use Advanced Carpet Service again for any future carpet cleaning needs. Highly recommend their work—fantastic job!

wow, it smells super fresh in here now. preston had great communication over text and made everything really easy. he was fast, friendly, and explained everything he was going to do for my carpets, including what cleaning solutions he would use. he brought all his own equipment and made sure to clean up when he finished. we had some tough pet stains and smells from our dog, guests’ pets, and our little one, but preston got them all out. even the berry stains and juice spills from our toddler are gone. our light grey plush ca... read more
We just had our carpets cleaned in Phoenix and are very happy with the results. The technician, Preston, was very professional, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. He cleaned all the carpets in our house and they look amazing. When we first moved in, the carpets had been cleaned by another company, but they didn’t even vacuum and the carpets still smelled bad.
