The technician was very knowledgeable, well-prepared, and professional. He managed to get all the stains and pet odor out of our carpet. Bradley arrived the next day to clean my entire house, and he was very thorough—my carpets look fantastic now! I never paid much attention to what goes into cleaning carpets, just cared about the results, but Bradley and his team explained how they clean and protect the carpet without using harsh chemicals or oily detergents.
