I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received both over the phone and in person from Advanced Carpet Cleaning. I needed to change my appointment, and they were very flexible. Brantley was the technician who came to clean my carpets; he was professional and knew a lot about carpet care. He managed to remove stains I thought would never come out. There were a couple of orange spots left, but everything else looked great. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

Advanced Carpet Cleaning was wonderful to work with right from my first phone call. I spoke with Thomas about prices and scheduling, and he was very helpful and polite.
