Jeff, from Advanced Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! My carpets look new again. He was able to get rid of the animal stains and smells as well as making the carpet look clean and bright. My carpet is such a light color that I didn’t hold out a lot of expectations for it. I could not be happier with the results. Did a little research and found Advanced Carpet Cleaning at the top for reviews. There's a reason for that. Jeff did a fantastic job. I have light colored carpet and have never been happy with my other cleaners. After they were done, I would go over the high traffic areas with my own machine because they were still dirty. But, not with Jeff. After drying, there was no uneven coloring. Even the worn areas look great. He even called the next day to make sure I didn't have any stains come up. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jeff was very professional, on time, and very thorough. He was able to remove stains I didn’t think would come out, and my carpets look. Jeff was Awesome! He and the Advanced Team cleaned a carpet I thought was beyond salvagability and it looks as good as new...and smells o-so-FRESH. He was knowledgable, priced incredibly fair, and incredibly responsive. And all of this was on a weekend with short notice. I recommend Adavnced Carpet Cleaning to everyone!

Jeff is very responsive and got us scheduled right away. He explained what he was doing and what we need to do following the cleaning for best results. He was quick and efficient and our carpets look great!
