No call no show twice. never once answered the phone. slow response for emails.
Never even showed up. We moved everything around and packed up with both of us working full time with a 1 year old and two cats. We had everything ready to go. My husband and I both tried calling 30-60 mins prior to confirm our scheduling. Didn't answer either of us. We held off on other things to wait around for them and they completely ghosted us. Wouldn't recommend.
I highly recommend Advanced. From the beginning, getting my carpet cleaned was a hassle for them. On the first appointment, their tech was ill, so we rescheduled. After that, we had to reschedule twice because of things happening with me. The last one was a 2 o’clock appointment that I had to cancel at 10:30. She had no problem doing it, and was very pleasant to work with. When the tech came to the house, he saw that even though I had vacuumed, it wasn’t good enough.
