We were originally quoted a price (which was a few dollars higher than the competitors). We thought the personâs schedule flexibility was worth the few dollars price difference. Exceptional Service Dave really came through for us. We were in a jam. We had just adopted a new puppy, and it had it's way with my Grandma's Persian rug. So I called Advanced Carpet. The owner Dave answered the phone, and arranged for his sons to pick up the rug the same day. In addition to cleaning, Advanced also repaired the fringes of the rug. We could not have been more pleased with how our rug looked. As a result, we now use Advanced for cleaning our carpets.
