They ruined my carpets. I have or should say had expensive cream shag carpets throughout my condominium. They were in perfect condition and I wanted them cleaned for winter. Advanced Carpet Cleaning seemed reputable, with good prices. My former shag carpet was shrunk, is now stiff, and no longer cream but tan. Do not use Advanced Carpet Cleaning, unless you want your carpets ruined! I thought about calling them to complain, but I was concerned they would just further damage them.
