This is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used! Miguel and Billy, the technicians, arrived right on time and were both friendly and professional. They worked continuously, making sure to clean every spot on the carpets, as well as the upholstery, tile, and grout. They took time to explain each step of the cleaning process and really paid attention to the details, which I appreciate. Billy was very professional with our carpet cleaning. I scheduled a cleaning several weeks ahead, and even called to confirm the appointment as the date got closer, just to make sure everything was set. The day before, Billy reached out to let me know that one of his team members was unwell and asked if we could move the cleaning to the next day. Reaching the company by phone was quick and easy. Miguel, the technician, was friendly and very thorough with the carpet cleaning. I had some pet odors in my carpet, and he worked hard to freshen everything up. He was careful with the floors and any marks from the hoses were easy to wipe away with a damp towel. I also liked that they let me know ahead of time about vacuuming, so I was able to prepare the carpet before the service. Overall, I was happy with how clean and fresh my carpets look and smell now in Pineville.
Billy from Advanced Carpet Cleaners came to clean our carpets and mattress. He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated, and walked through the house with me to check the main traffic areas and any spots we noticed. Showed up an hour later than the latest time given for arrival...price given on phone when scheduling was not the price when he arrived...in what looked like a soccer mom minivan, old paint bucket, and dirty hose. He kept giving us different prices...$80 to basically vacuum then up to over $300 to clean 1 area and demanded we pay first... NOPE...we sent him away... When he was told he represented the company he said no he is just a technician... ...and could not speak English very well either Don't recommend this company
