I am so impressed with the service I received from Advanced Carpet Cleaners. The team actually arrived earlier than expected within their scheduled time, which almost never happens! They managed to completely get rid of dog urine stains and odors we found under a big area rug. I am really pleased with the results from Advanced Carpet Cleaners. Billy and Miguel showed up right on time and did a fantastic job on my carpets, which were long overdue for a deep clean. I was worried some of the old stains wouldn’t come out, but they managed to remove not only the recent spots but also some stubborn stains left behind from a previous cleaning by another company. We had a fantastic experience with our recent carpet cleaning. Miguel was very professional when setting up the appointment and while working in our home. He arrived right on time, made sure to ask if we had any questions before starting, and then got straight to cleaning our carpets. I was really impressed with how fast the carpet cleaning went, especially since our house in Pineville was empty while we were moving, so there was no furniture to work around. The pricing was very fair and even though we had some rooms that were larger than what was originally quoted, the final cost was only a little bit more than expected.
