With four big dogs, three young grandchildren, and a teenage son, we need to get our carpets professionally cleaned a couple of times each year, and sometimes even more when there’s an accident. We have been using Advanced Carpet Cleaners since we got our second dog, and they have never let us down. The service is always fairly priced, on time, professional, and very thorough. In fact, Miguel did such an excellent job today that our newest dog just had to mark his territory again! We should probably have them on speed dial.
Wow, my home smells so fresh after the carpet cleaning! Miguel was really good at keeping in touch and communicating about the appointment. He was fast, friendly, and very polite. He explained exactly what he would do and talked about the cleaning solutions he would use. Miguel brought his own equipment and made sure to tidy up everything when he finished. miguel from Advanced Carpet Cleaners came to our house in pineville to replace a section of carpet for us after we had some tile work done. he also fixed the carpet to tile transitions in three other spots in our home. the work miguel did was truly amazing. you can tell he really enjoys his job. he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything looked perfect. i would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs carpet repairs, cleaning, or installation.
