I called a few carpet cleaning companies in Mattapan and found that Geoffrey used the same high-quality truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment as the larger cleaners, but at a much better price for the same work. Another carpet cleaner I contacted was not able to handle the job because they did not have the right equipment to reach the second floor. From my experience, Geoffrey was professional, dependable, honest, and easy to work with. The whole carpet cleaning process was smooth, communication was clear, and the results ... read more

Advanced Carpet Care worked with me when we had a parking problem outside my apartment in Mattapan. John came in, explained the stain removal process clearly, and treated the carpet with real care. The deep cleaning and odor treatment made a huge difference. The stain is completely gone, the carpet looks fresh again, a... read more

I highly recommend Advanced Carpet Care for carpet cleaning and floor care. Geoffrey was flexible with my schedule, arrived on time, and the pricing was very fair. My husband was really impressed with the modern carpet cleaning equipment and professional setup. He stands behind the cleaning results and let us know that if any carpet stain or spot came back after the service, he would return to take care of it. After the cleaning, I accidentally spilled a bottle of cleaner on the carpet and sent a text asking what to do. He r... read more
