This place is a joke and Juan is the worst carpet cleaner in history. He doesn't care about getting a job done right he just cares about getting as many done in a day as he can. The fist time they were 3 hours late and cleaned it all in 25 min or less... way to quick and didn't try to get deep dirt out... so I called them a couple days later because it didn't look that clean. the second time they came out they were an hour late and ruched through it again. I just had my carpet cleaned by Scott using the New Oxy-Clean solution, and wow, I am totally amazed how clean it turned out! I have off-white carpeting throughout my house and it really does look like it did when it was first installed 12 years ago. My carpet has been cleaned many times over the last 5 years by Scott. My spoiled puppy guarantees there will be puppy spots and odors that are always gone after cleaning and the carpet is fresh smelling. I enter my house directly into the livingroom and the general traffic lanes, everyday stains and especially the edges of the carpet are always completely clean and and my carpet looks new.
