We had dark edges on our carpet that other cleaners said couldn't be removed. I even had a sales person from COIT say they weren't removable. Greg at Advanced Carpet Care told me over the phone his technician could get them out and he was right. His technician Scott got the dark edges out perfectly. 4 other companies couldn't do it, these guys are great.

The results I get are AWESOME!! The 1 time out of probably 50 that I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning, they came out again at no charge (actually twice) until I was more than happy with the results. They didn't question argue about who was to blame or make me feel bad, they just made it right! What more can you ask for? They value their customers and will do what it takes to make them happy.
I have used Advanced Carpet Care for many years and have found them to provide reliable, affordable, dependable service. They are easy to schedule and provide specials for repeat customers.
