I’ve had a great experience working with Tim. He’s incredibly soft-spoken and professional — very easy to talk to and always willing to listen. Tim is also highly informative and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. He never dismisses any of my concerns and always makes space for open, thoughtful conversations about my health. I’ve felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my treatment.
There's a trifecta of help for the body here. The physio is amazing. He found my back issue by touch (which turned out to be a rib issue...who knew?) and with gentle pressure we both heard the pop as it slid back into place. Instant relief. Amazing amazing amazing! Cannot say enough great things about Tim, and Paul (I'm sure the other people working out of the clinic are great, but I've only accessed physio and RMT). Tim is an incredibly knowledgeable physiotherapist, and extremely professional and kind. He won't just put you on a tens machine or bike and leave you there. Very thorough and gentle.
