After waiting over a month for my appointment I was told upon check in my appointment had been canceled. It was canceled by an office employee without my knowledge or the knowledge of my physician. Would not recommend this location to anyone in critical condition due to lack of reliable service.
The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Tracy, Jessica, Holly Kirk & Andrea Liermann helped me a lot getting back into shape. I recommend Advance Care to everyone. They also told me what to do at home to help with my situation. I felt ver at ease there.
The staff are outstanding. A professional evaluates your needs and then lays out an exercise plan to fit your particular issue(s). Then competent staff works with you in achieving the goals. You are monitored along the way and changes are made to the plan as one progresses. Excellent and friendly staff! I personally made good progress at each session.
Welcoming atmosphere. Very caring people. So helpful with physical therapy at the center and with home activities to support my therapy. I would recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy.
Very friendly, & helpful. No long wait for appointment. Caring & concerned. Never felt rushed. Took time to answer any questions & gave me suggestions to use at home to help alleviate pain. Would not hesitate to recommend them!
People are friendly and knowledgeable, Tracy was a huge help taking care of me through my health care provider all the physical therapist for really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Advanced Care therapy in Chino Valley to all my friends and family.
