Dr. Rai is a compassionate and terrific doctor. She puts you at ease and is very thorough. The office staff and nurses are all so very friendly as well as the phlebotomists. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs this specialty.
This place is wonderful. They were very busy when I went in yesterday, but very courteous and quick. Everyone was so friendly and kind, having fun with us patients. It's not easy to go into oncology and hematology, knowing something is wrong with you medically, so I very much appreciate the fun atmosphere. The whole experience made what going on a lot less stressful for me personally. Dr. Shah was very thorough in taking tests and asking questions, to get to the root of what he thinks my issue(s) are.
