I was seen at appointment time. Every team member was warm and greeted me with a smile. They explained the process and treated me as a person and not just another patient.
The office was efficient, I liked the thoroughness of the dr. I saw dr k. Singh. He was easy to talk to and made sure I was comfortable. He explained to me what myloma is and how it affects the body. I was pleased that you have your own lab which made my life easier, did not have to make another appointment else where.
Dr Nimkar is very thorough I like that he will follow up in 6 months
Love the staff(very important)from front desk up to the dr., Dr shah. However, there is a lot of waiting. For each step. From ck in , to blood test, to waiting for Dr. that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
