Gave 2 stars bc of the open availability they have but now I see why. I made my appointment Tuesday for Thursday and came to google for the address just to see these reviews! I literally just canceled smh. I’ll find somewhere else
Go to a better place with a female gyno I learned the hard way!!! DON’T COME HERE. I had a male gyno which is not the problem here. The problem is 1. Staff walking into my room without knocking or announcing themselves as per requirement for patient dignity. 2. The female staff made me feel uncomfortable and judged while I was in the waiting room and when I was called to the back. 3. I went to this doctor attempting to have a IUD removed. His staff assured me he could do it. I get to the office he walks in doesn’t even introduce his self (this is our first time meeting) he is VERY short with words, VERY rude, didn’t listen to my concerns etc. Tells me he can’t help me without even examining me , tells me about all these surgeries he’s on the books for(I didn’t ask). The other reviews that are bad must be people who went one time and didn’t bother to give it another try or that was their own personal experience have nothing but good positive words for Dr. Esaska and his staff. The wait time is minimum and if it’s long, it’s because there’s multiple women and it’s worth the wait all very kind. My daughter who he delivered is going on 4 and it was a delight to share her growth!
Every visit I’m being harassed about a bill from three or four years ago. I had health insurance and have no idea why they are billing me. Not once did they mention that I owed anything and then one day I came in and now I all of a sudden owe $300-$400. Before they tallied up $400, they should have told me that I owed something and why I owe it. I had no idea that my insurance didn’t cover everything. He is in network so who knew.
