We've been with Advanced Care for several years for our trach supplies. I was nervous about switching when our insurance stopped covering the biggest DME provider in Utah, but it's been a really good experience. Ordering supplies is simple and gives me one last thing to manage. They send me an email when it's time to reorder that includes a list of what we received the previous month. I am so thankful for the expertise and willingness to help I have found in this company. They have put up with insurance problems, lack of paperwork from a former supplier, and confusion on my part. They have worked with me every step of my way, and I have never had a crossword or irritated attitude from anyone in this business. If I could rank them higher than five out of five, I definitely would.
"Excellent CPAP service - highly recommend! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me. The efficiency was impressive: I received my equipment the same day my doctor's office sent over my prescription and sleep study results. This was a stark contrast to IHC Equipment, where I was told it would take 2-3 business days just for the order to appear in their system, followed by scheduling an appointment - all after waiting a week for insurance verification."
This company is AMAZING (especially Darren)! As an RN of 30 years with experience in helping others set up oxygen and home equipment needs, I can honestly say this is the very best.
